We’re hiring a Market Research Analyst to build high-fit target account lists, map decision-makers, and deliver clean, sales-ready research outputs that support outbound and ABM.
Key Responsibilities
- Build target account lists for multi-location Retail & QSR brands (ICP/TAM aligned).
- Segment accounts by priority tier, geography, category, and use-case fit.
- Identify and map stakeholders (Ops, Quality/Compliance, Audit, IT, L&D).
- Enrich and validate contact data (email, LinkedIn, role relevance; reduce duplicates).
- Deliver CRM-ready outputs in Google Sheets/Excel with consistent formatting.
- Share daily updates on accounts prospected/added and contacts verified.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and comfort handling large datasets.
- Solid spreadsheet skills (filters, validation, dedupe, clean formatting).
- Ability to understand and apply ICP criteria consistently.
- Bonus: ABM/outbound research experience; HubSpot/CRM familiarity.
