International Sales Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and well-spoken International Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll drive outbound and inbound sales efforts in international markets, build strong client relationships, and close high-value B2B SaaS deals. You’ll play a critical role in taking our platform to global markets, working closely with the founders and growth teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the end-to-end international sales cycle — from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in retail and restaurant chains across global markets.
  • Run product demos and communicate our value proposition with clarity and confidence.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to give feedback from the field.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience (3–6 years) in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in international markets.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication — clarity, confidence, and professionalism are key.
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approaches.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to make a global impact.
  • Willingness to work from our Bangalore office (5 days a week).

WORK SETUP: Work from Office (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST)
