Senior Manager, Global Partnerships & Alliances

retail & restaurant brands manage and improve daily store operations remotely. We’re a well-funded startup,
rapidly expanding across international markets, and trusted by 80+ brands such as Nike, FabIndia, Nykaa,
Under Armour, KFC, Pizza Hut, and Pizza Express across 19+ countries.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Global Partnerships & Alliances will drive Taqtics’ international growth
through partnerships with marketplaces, consulting agencies, system integrators, technology resellers, and other channels.
This is a high-impact role for a self-driven professional who can independently deliver results while collaborating closely
with the Founders and Product team.

Key Responsibilities

Global Channel Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners across the Middle East, SEA, ANZ, Europe, and North America.
  • Establish partnership models, including reseller, referral, and co-selling arrangements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, revenue-share structures, and partner agreements aligned with company goals.

Revenue & Growth

  • Own and deliver partnership-led revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Track partner performance regularly and ensure alignment with committed sales outcomes.

Relationship & Enablement

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for all global channel partners.
  • Design and execute enablement programs on Taqtics’ product suite, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Support partners with co-branded campaigns, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives.

Strategic Expansion

  • Research and evaluate new ecosystems (marketplaces, SaaS aggregators, franchise consultants, technology distributors).
  • Build a structured partnership roadmap with measurable KPIs and milestones.
  • Identify long-term alliance opportunities with complementary SaaS and technology providers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in partnerships/alliances within SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Demonstrated success building and managing global channel partnerships or reseller ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while reporting to senior leadership.
  • Must be willing to work from office (RT Nagar, Bangalore), 5 days a week.
