Role Overview
We are looking for an Implementation Project Associate who can support the onboarding and rollout of the Taqtics platform for new and existing clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working closely with clients as well as internal teams. You will help translate business requirements into platform setups, assist in training and onboarding, track implementation progress, and ensure a smooth handover into long-term customer success.

What You’ll Work On
Platform Setup and Implementation Support
  • Understand client requirements, workflows, and use cases across different operational environments
  • Support the setup and configuration of modules such as checklists, audits, action points, assets, and training
  • Assist in structuring users, stores, workflows, reports, and permissions based on implementation needs
  • Coordinate with internal product and engineering teams when setup dependencies or technical inputs are required
Client Onboarding and Rollout Coordination
  • Support implementation timelines for free trials, proof of concepts, and customer rollouts
  • Maintain implementation trackers, milestone updates, and documentation to keep projects moving smoothly
  • Assist with client onboarding sessions, training calls, and product walkthroughs for different user groups
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups, requirement clarity, and overall implementation readiness
Adoption Tracking and Internal Handover
  • Track early usage and onboarding progress to help improve activation and adoption
  • Identify project blockers, follow up on pending items, and help resolve issues during onboarding
  • Prepare implementation notes, setup documentation, and handover details for the Customer Success team
  • Contribute to a smooth transition from implementation into ongoing customer engagement

What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation support, project coordination, customer success, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks across parallel implementations
  • Good communication and presentation skills for working with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Comfort working with Excel, Notion, Trello, or similar tools for tracking projects and documentation
  • Willingness to learn fast, take ownership, and work in a structured client-facing environment
  • Exposure to retail, QSR, field operations, or multi-location business models is an added advantage
Nice to Have
  • Experience with process digitization, workflow tools, or operations-focused SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with implementation documentation, requirement gathering, and client coordination
  • Interest in growing into a customer-facing implementation or project management role within SaaS
