Role Overview
We are looking for a client-facing Implementation Project Manager who can own the onboarding journey from requirement discovery to platform rollout and early adoption. This role is ideal for someone who understands SaaS implementations, can translate operational workflows into scalable platform setups, and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across trials, POCs, and enterprise rollouts. You will work closely with clients as well as internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure every implementation is structured, value-driven, and delivered with speed and clarity.
What You’ll Own
Solution Discovery and Platform Configuration
- Understand client processes, operational pain points, and business requirements across different use cases and industries
- Translate client needs into a structured platform setup across modules such as checklists, audits, action points, assets, and training
- Configure workflows, logic, user structures, reporting layers, and access levels aligned to the client’s operating model
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams when custom requirements or technical dependencies need alignment
Onboarding, Rollout, and Project Execution
- Own implementation timelines for free trials, proof of concepts, and full-scale customer rollouts
- Build clear implementation plans with milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder ownership
- Lead onboarding calls, platform walkthroughs, and training sessions for HQ teams, field users, and store-level teams
- Act as the main point of contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth communication, timely follow-ups, and strong client confidence
Adoption, Value Realization, and Handover
- Track early usage, user activation, and rollout progress to ensure successful adoption from day one
- Identify blockers early and drive resolution to reduce delays, improve user engagement, and strengthen implementation outcomes
- Create structured documentation, implementation notes, and success context for internal handover to Customer Success
- Support a smooth transition from implementation to long-term account growth and retention
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, solution consulting, project management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong ability to understand business workflows and convert them into structured software implementations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in global client environments
- Strong project ownership with the ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel without losing detail
- Comfort working with tools such as Excel, Notion, Trello, or similar project and documentation platforms
- Prior exposure to retail, QSR, field operations, or multi-location business models is a strong advantage
Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow automation, process digitization, or operations management platforms
- Familiarity with checklist-based, audit-driven, or compliance-led SaaS products
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams
