  • Check fixed ladders, roof-access ladders, hatches, roof routes, platforms, mezzanines, catwalks, guardrails, and access points for secure condition and visible deterioration.

  • Escalate exposed energized parts, arcing, burning odor, abnormal heating, damaged insulation, repeated breaker trips, water intrusion, or other serious electrical warning signs immediately.
